Details: COSTA dei ROSMARINI SANTA CHIARIA - LIGURIAA 100% Ligurian oil made primarily with Taggiasca olives (80%) which are collected by hand when they are partially ripe. This exceptional finishing oil has only .3% oleic acid. It has a delicate fruity taste with a peppery finish and is surprisingly not bitter. This oil can be best appreciated consumed raw on salads, fish, grilled meats, and carpaccio. The gold paper protects it from light and helps to maintain its freshness.
