Generally, 12 to 15 gelatin sheets willjellify 1 liter of preparation, and the bloom strength is 160-190. Soakgelatin sheets in cold water until softened, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, andwarm to melt. Carefully incorporate melted gelatin into preparations. Store ina dry place, away from foreign odors and protected from direct sunlight.Derived from pork skin.
