Details: Filotea Italian egg pasta is made from farm fresh eggs, and a blend of tipo 00 wheat & semolina flour, just like the fresh pastas are made in home kitchens everywhere in the region. It is then pushed through traditional bronze dies, which give it a porous texture and allows the strands to really absorb sauces well.
