This 65% grape must vinegar is thick and sweet, perfect for gourmet dishes like risotto or sprinkled on ice cream. The concentrated grape must comes from the 7 different vineyards of Emilia, after the pressing and cooking of the grapes, the concentrated grape must matures in ancient wooden barrels for at least 1 year. Only after these phases the Balsamic Vinegar get its unique and intense flavor.
