Details: Distinct grassy-green color with a robust herbaceous flavor which builds in the mouth to leave a pleasant peppery aftertaste. Best stored in a dark place away from direct heat. Do not refrigerate. At cold temperatures the oil becomes cloudy and will start to solidify. This is natural and will disappear when returned to room temperature.
