Use this lovely and delicious apricot glaze for glazing tarts, cakes,
Danishes, pastries and anywhere else you want to bring a pretty amber coating
and a light apricot flavor. Directions: add 10 to 15% water by weight. Combine
and bring to a boil. Allow a few minutes to set before use.
