Cake made by means of the natural fermentation of sour dough, with an irregular oval shape, reminiscent of a dove. The cake is soft and light textured enriched with Candied “Oranges from Sicily” peels and filling with zabaione cream. The loaf is covered with icing and decorated with granulated sugar and almonds.

Dolce a pasta morbida, ottenuto per fermentazione naturale da pasta acida, avente forma irregolare ovale, che ricorda la colomba. La pasta è soffice e ben alveolata, arricchita da Scorze di “Arance di Sicilia” candite e farcita con crema allo zabaione. La superficie è ricoperta da glassa decorata con granella di zucchero e mandorle.
